Merger/Acquisition
- BridgeComm, wireless technology that connects satellites from space to the ground and meets the accelerating demand for big data collection from Low Earth Orbit, was acquired by Voyager.
- Centro, inventory operations platform that helps merchants consolidate and synchronize operational data into a single dashboard, was acquired by Rose Rocket.
- ez enRoute, touch-free tracking technology for the transportation and transit industry, was acquired by Zonar Systems, a subsidiary of GPS Trackit.
Later Stage VC
- Campus Ink, sports merchandise store that promotes college athletes and sports, raised $1.72 million of venture funding from investors.
- DeepSight, immersive knowledge management platform that simplifies learning and execution of complex industrial procedures through augmented reality, 3D visualization, and smart glasses, raised venture funding in a deal led by i4 Capital.
- InOrbit, cloud-based robotics management platform that supports efficient robotic operations, raised $10 million of Series A venture funding in a deal led by L’ATTITUDE Ventures and Globant Ventures.
Early Stage VC
- TetherIA, robotic manipulation hardware that enables dexterous hand functions in embodied AI systems, raised venture funding in a deal led by MPCi.
- Verustruct, robotic 3D construction printing system that delivers affordable, sustainable, and safe housing, raised $2.14 million of venture funding from Anorak Ventures, Necessary Ventures and other investors.
Seed Round
- Helios Artificial Intelligence, supply chain analysis platform that predicts price and supply forecasting for agricultural commodities, raised $4.7 million of Seed-1 and Seed-2 Series funding in a deal led by Collide Capital, putting the company’s pre-money valuation at $16.87 million.
