- AppViewX, developer of a certificate lifecycle management and public key infrastructure platform designed to manage automation and orchestration of network services, acquired by Haveli Investments through an LBO.
Later Stage VC
- Arcade, developer of an interactive demo platform designed to market brands, raised $14 million of Series A venture funding in a deal led by Kleiner Perkins.
- studio 3e8, creator of a new 3D printing process and a desktop-sized metal 3D printer intended for both rapid prototyping and end-use production, raised $1.93 million of venture funding from rpv, Boost VC and Blue Collective.
- Class8, developer of a fleet management platform designed to track trucks and move truckload freight without friction, raised $22 million of Series A venture funding in a deal led by Xplorer Capital.
- EarthOptics, developer of global soil cloud platform designed for sustainable agricultural management, raised $54.98 million through a combination of debt and venture funding in a deal led by Conti Ventures and The Production Board.
- Pixxel, developer of hyperspectral satellites designed to capture geospatial data of every location on the planet, raised $5 million of venture funding.
- Tractian, developer of an asset performance management system designed for plants with tools for reliability, safety, and availability, raised $120 million of Series C venture funding in a deal led by Sapphire Ventures.
- UnitX, developer of deep learning inspection system designed to automate manufacturing, raised $46 million of Series B venture funding in a deal led by UP.Partners.
Accelerator/Incubator
- Allumin8, developer of a porous Therapeutic Hardware designed to facilitate diagnosis and healing directly at the surgical site, joined Arch Grants
