- BARK Inc, a vertically integrated, omnichannel brand that serves dogs across two key categories: toys & accessories and consumables, acquired by RRE Ventures, Resolute Ventures, Founders Circle Capital, Ironbound Partners Fund and Mr. Matt Meeker through a public-to-private LBO.
- Meowtel, a cat-sitting platform that connects cat parents with trusted and insured cat sitters, acquired by A Place for Rover, via its financial sponsor Blackstone, through an LBO.
Early Stage VC
- LymeAlert, an at-home tick testing kit that helps people identify potential Lyme disease risk quickly after a tick is found on a person or animal, raised venture funding from Fortify Ventures in 2026.
Accelerator/Incubator
- ChefPaw, a countertop pet food preparation appliance that helps create fresh and nutritious meals at home, joined Pet Care Innovation in 2026 and received funding in the form of a grant.
- PetPax Co., a pet product brand that offers canine calming products using human-grade ingredients for pets, joined Pet Care Innovation and received $25,000 in funding.
- CoVet, health software that supports clinical documentation and workflow management in veterinary practices, joined Pet Care Innovation as a part of its 2026 PCIP.
