Buyout/LBO
- MLCworks, digital marketing and growth strategy services that drive online visibility, lead generation, and revenue growth, acquired by EisnerAmper, via its financial sponsors TowerBrook Capital Partners, Washington State Investment Board and East Rock Capital through an LBO.
Early Stage VC
- Standard Information, a lead routing and marketplace platform that automates the distribution and monetization of sales leads, raised venture funding from RevTech Labs Capital.
- Unusual, a marketing platform that creates and manages artificial intelligence-generated advertising, raised $3.6 million of venture funding from BoxGroup, Long Journey Ventures and Phosphor Capital.
Accelerator/Incubator
- Songhaa, a social media and advertising application that runs targeted campaigns and engages with audiences, joined Peachscore as a part of its cohort 26 program.
Angel
- Adgentek, an AI-powered advertisement platform that supports agents, chatbots, and modern AI surfaces, raised $664,964 of angel funding in the form of SAFE Notes.
- Collage Labs, a digital asset management platform that embraces a brand’s identity and connects with its audience, raised $970,000 of angel funding.
- FanQuake, a mobile fan engagement platform that incentivises and rewards fan participation in supporting brands, talent, and teams across digital and live channels, raised $40,000 of angel funding in the form of SAFE notes.
- S4 Connect, a boutique marketing and advertising agency that helps client partners with most marketing needs, raised $150,000 of angel funding.
