PE Growth/Expansion
- Channel Factory, developer of advertising technology and data platform designed to provide a streamlined and transparent alternative to content-aligned targeting, received development capital from Truelink Capital on April 24, 2025.
Merger/Acquisition
- Imprezz.AI, developer of programmatic advertising software designed to accurately credit ads, campaigns, channels, and tactics for performance, was acquired by TireTutor on April 29, 2025.
Later Stage VC
- Storygize, developer of a programmatic advertising platform designed to enhance audience engagement and campaign performance, raised $650,000 of venture funding in the form of convertible debt from investors on April 29, 2025.
Seed Round
- Nexad, developer of an AI-native advertising platform designed to enhance engagement for advertisers and smarter monetization for developers, raised $6 million of seed funding in a deal led by Prosus Ventures and Andreessen Horowitz on April 16, 2025.
