- Lionize, AI-powered influencer marketing platform that assists brands in discovering, recruiting, and managing influencers, was acquired by gen.video on June 17, 2025.
- Moodys Northwest Consulting, product strategy and IT transformation platform that provides product management, agile product delivery, program management, and SEO strategy for higher profitability and business insights, was acquired by Ascendion on June 18, 2025.
Later Stage VC
- Ara, in-car commerce platform that helps drivers earn additional income, raised $2 million of venture funding through a combination of debt and equity from investors on June 20, 2025.
- True Sync Media, social media advertising platform that directly targets customers by advertising at the point of sale, raised $75,000 of venture funding from investors on June 30, 2025.
Angel (individual)
- CustomerIQ, customer research platform for teams to collect and synthesize customer feedback, raised $125,000 of angel funding in the form of convertible debt financing from investors on June 26, 2025.
