  1. FatTail, developer of sales and operations optimization software designed to serve the digital advertising industry, acquired by Chartbeat, via its financial sponsor Cuadrilla Capital, through an LBO.
  2. Work Truck Solutions, developer of a marketing platform designed to display and advertise commercial vehicles online, acquired by Rubicon Technology Partners through an LBO.

Merger/Acquisition

  1. Elevate the Outcome, provider of media-buying services intended to improve advertising outcomes, acquired by Net Conversion.
  2. Cequel Media, provider of out-of-home marketing and advertising services based in New York, acquired by Billups.
  3. Paved, provider of content and advertising marketplace solution intended to help brands connect with communities, acquired by Redbric.

Later Stage VC

  1. Firsthand, operator of -powered brand agent platform intended to build the data and agent infrastructure that will power consumer interactions in the artificial intelligence era, raised $26 million of Series A venture funding in a deal led by Radical Ventures.

Early Stage VC

  1. Firsthand, operator of -powered brand agent platform intended to build the data and agent infrastructure that will power consumer interactions in the artificial intelligence era, raised $26 million of Series A venture funding in a deal led by Radical Ventures.

Seed Round

  1. Copley, developer of an AI-powered content experimentation and optimization platform intended to accelerate content creation while eliminating bottlenecks through native integrations with ad networks, raised $4.8 million of pre-seed funding in a deal led by Asymmetric Capital Partners and Underscore VC.
