- Liberty Defense Holdings, provider of multi-technology security solutions for concealed weapons detection in high volume foot traffic areas and locations requiring enhanced security such as airports, stadiums, schools, and more, received CAD 8 million of development capital through a private placement.
- Sidus Space, a Space and Defense as-a-Service company focused on providing complex space hardware, satellite/spacecraft design, manufacture, launch, and data solutions for both government and commercial in-space missions for all destinations through the solar system, received $14.117 million of development capital through a private placement.

- Micropac Industries, manufacturer and distributer of hybrid microelectronic circuits, solid-state relays (SSRs), power controllers, and optoelectronic components and assemblies, was acquired by Teledyne Technologies for $55.79 million.

- Proteus Space, operator of an artificial intelligence-powered design software intended to automate the satellite design process with precision and accuracy, minimizing errors and rework, raised $4.1 million of Series 3 seed funding from Science Applications International, Mana Ventures and Academy Investor Network.
