AgTech Capital Raises in the U.S. – June 1st to 15th, 2025

Merger/Acquisition
- ReSource Group US, organic recycling and compost technology services intended to supply tailored, custom-blended compost and soil solutions for agricultural customers and commercial customers throughout Florida, was acquired by Safe and Green Development on June 3, 2025.
Later Stage VC
- FarmSense, developer of a pest monitoring platform designed to mitigate the harmful effects of insects and enhance the beneficial impact of insects, raised $1.7 million of Series A venture funding from investors on June 4, 2025, putting the company’s pre-money valuation at $3.3 million.
- Misha’s, dairy-free cheese intended to offer plant-based food products, raised venture funding from Entrepreneur Ventures in June 2025.
- Tractor Zoom, online agricultural marketplace intended to connect farmers with equipment auctioneers digitally, raised $15 million of Series A2 venture funding from investors on June 12, 2025, putting the company’s pre-money valuation at $45 million.
Angel (individual)
- Symbio Bioculinary, microbe-based systems intended for food and agricultural businesses, raised $120,000 of angel funding from investors on June 9, 2025.
