- Cos Bar, cosmetic products that deliver a multi-brand beauty buying experience, was acquired by Mitchell Family Office.
- KVD Vegan Beauty, hyper-performance vegan and cruelty-free beauty products created for women, was acquired by Windsong Global.
Early Stage VC
- EDJY, nail cutters for cleaner cuts and smoother nails, raised $745,300 of venture funding from investors.
- Tigeraire, athletic equipment that improves player performance and safety, raised $5.9 million of venture funding from investors.
Later Stage VC
- Campus Ink, sports merchandise store that promotes college athletes and sports, raised $1.72 million of venture funding from investors.
- The Rad Black Kids, lifestyle fashion brand that draws inspiration from Zimbabwean street culture, raised venture funding from Silverbacks Holdings and ImpactHER.
Seed Round
- Eztia, cooling wearable products that protect people from extreme heat, raised $4.65 million through a combination of Seed and Seed-1 funding from SBXi, R7 and Shadow Ventures, putting the company’s pre-money valuation at $14.35 million.
