    1. Modere, personal care products through e-commerce and direct-to-consumer channels, was acquired by Shaklee.
    2. Mountain Equipment Company, outdoor gear and related products intended to serve the hiking service providers, was acquired.

Buyout/LBO

    1. Guy & O’Neill, household cleaning supplies and personal care products intended for households, hospitals and caring facilities, was acquired by Diamond Wipes, via its financial sponsor Nolan Capital, through an LBO.
    2. Alvies, boots and leather products, intended to provide different types of shoes to customers, was acquired by 2 the Moon Ventures through an LBO.

Later Stage VC

    1. Staud, online retail platform intended to offer readymade clothes and accessories, raised $28.97 million of Series F venture funding.

Angel, and Seed

    1. Totemica Beauty, beauty products intended for healing, nourishing, and enhancing your skin’s natural glow, raised $50,000 of angel funding.
    2. Alloy Market, digital marketplace platform designed to offer consumers a way to sell gold, silver, and platinum items, raised $1.35 million of Seed-4 funding.

Accelerator/Incubator

    1. BeautyBoostr, online platform intended for managing and enhancing digital presence in the beauty industry, joined Seeds of Bravery as a part of DeepTech Scale-Up program.
