PE Growth/Expansion
- dataland, museum and web3 platform for data visualization and artificial intelligence arts, received development capital from Anaïs Ventures.
- Labelbox, software and services that help organizations operate, build, or staff modern artificial intelligence data factories, serving artificial intelligence model developers, received development capital from One Madison Group.
Merger/Acquisition
- studyOS, AI-enabled clinical data management platform that identifies and relates risks between endpoint data, safety data, and overall reliability, was acquired by Sitero.
- Tyms, finance and accounting automation software designed for financial officers, accountants, bookkeepers, and business owners, was acquired by Moni.
Later Stage VC
- SenseNet, artificial intelligence-driven wildfire detection system for early identification and response to fire hazards, raised $14 million of Series A venture funding in a deal led by Stormbreaker Ventures Tavus, AI-based human computing technology that bridges the gap between humans and machines through natural, real-time interaction, raised $39.12 million of Series B venture funding in a deal led by CRV, putting the company’s pre-money valuation at $216.88 million.
Early Stage VC
- Streetbeat, artificial intelligence-powered investment platform that unifies customer relationship management, email, and portfolio management, raised $23.29 million through a combination of Series A venture funding in a deal led by CDP Venture Capital, putting the company’s pre-money valuation at $15.72 million.
- WisdomAI, artificial intelligence (AI)-driven data analytics platform that make data insights accessible to all employees, raised $50 million of Series A1 venture funding in a deal led by Kleiner Perkins, putting the company’s pre-money valuation at $210 million.
Seed Round
- BluePill, AI-powered customer analytics platform that support data-driven marketing strategy and reduce go-to-market risk, raised $6 million of Seed-1 and Seed-2 Series funding in a deal led by Ubiquity Ventures, putting the company’s pre-money valuation at $17.5 million.
- Theo Ai, AI-based legal prediction engine that forecasts the outcome of legal disputes, raised $3.37 million of Seed Plus funding in a deal led by Run Ventures, putting the company’s pre-money valuation at $21 million.
