Customer Disclosure Statement
Castle Placement plans to quickly recover and resume business operations after a significant business disruption (SBD) by safeguarding employees and property, assessing financial and operational conditions, protecting records, and allowing customers to transact business.
Our Business Continuity Plan (BCP) is designed to resume operations as quickly as possible depending on the scope and severity of the disruption.
The BCP addresses data backup and recovery, mission-critical systems, financial and operational assessments, alternative communications with customers, employees, and regulators, alternate physical locations for employees, and regulatory reporting.
The issuer maintains all records related to your investments and backs up important records in accordance with its business continuity plan. For more information, please contact the issuer directly using the details provided in your offering documents or on its website.
Significant Business Disruptions
The Company’s plan considers two types of disruptions: internal and external.
Internal SBDs affect the Company’s ability to communicate or operate, such as a fire or power loss.
External SBDs impact markets or multiple firms, such as natural disasters or other large-scale disruptions.
Internal SBDs
In the event of an internal disruption, the Company will continue operations using alternative communication methods or by relocating operations if necessary.
The Company anticipates resuming normal operations within 4–6 hours.
External SBDs
In the event of an external disruption, the Company will attempt to continue operations from an alternate location or provide customers with alternative ways to access funds and services.
The Company aims to resume operations within 24–48 hours and will keep customers informed as circumstances allow.
In all cases, operations will resume as soon as reasonably possible based on the situation.
