- Forte Group Holdings Inc, offers lifestyle and wellness beverages and nutraceuticals under the flagship TRACE brand, while expanding white-label production for partners, received CAD 625,000 of development capital.
- Flora Growth Corp, a multi-national cannabis company that produces and distributes consumer packaged goods, cultivates and distributes medicinal cannabis, and distributes pharmaceutical products, received $35 million of development capital.
PE Growth/Expansion
- Freddie’s Joint, a cannabis dispensary that serves both medical and recreational cannabis customers, received development capital from Solyco Capital.
Merger/Acquisition
- Adastra Brands, a holding company that manages future branding and commercialization of cannabis products across regulated markets, acquired by Adastra Holdings for $5,000.
- Cambium Analytica, a cannabis testing laboratory that delivers accurate, efficient, and transparent cannabis testing results with optimal customer service, acquired by NSF International.
Equity Crowdfunding
- Aphios, cannabis-based drugs that treat peripheral nervous system disorders, raised $65,993 of equity crowdfunding via Netcapital.
