1. 1. Lexaria Bioscience, patented drug delivery technology, DehydraTECH improves the way active pharmaceutical ingredients enter the bloodstream by promoting more effective oral delivery, received approximately $4 million of development capital.

Merger/Acquisition

2. 2. Rogue EBC, cannabis products based in Oregon, Medford, was acquired by Grown Rogue International (CNQ: GRIN) for $1.5 million.

Later Stage VC

3. 3. Lucid Green, technology solutions that enhances transparency, safety, and compliance in the cannabis industry, raised venture funding.
   4. Simplifya, a regulatory compliance tool that helps cannabis companies become legally compliant, raised $2 million of venture funding in a deal led by ITWH.
