- Vireo Health, cannabis-based medications for sustainable living, was acquired by ACE Venture Enterprises on June 17, 2025.
Seed Round
- Reframe Beverage, alcohol-free cannabis-infused spirit that gives a buzz without the hangover, raised $735,000 of seed funding from investors on June 17, 2025.
