CloudTech Capital Raises in the U.S. – December 16th-31st, 2024

PE Growth/Expansion

  1. Vultr, developer of an advanced cloud platform designed to empower developers and businesses by simplifying the deployment of infrastructure, received $333 million of development capital led by AMD Ventures and LuminArx.

Later Stage VC

  1. Syntiant, developer of neuromorphic semiconductors designed to move artificial intelligence and machine learning from the cloud to edge devices, raised venture funding from Khazanah Nasional.
  2. Cornami, developer of a reconfigurable computational fabric technology intended to allow processor cores to be treated as scalable resources in the same way as memory, storage, and transistors are handled, raised $81.61 million of venture funding from Applied Ventures, RW3 Ventures and Raptor Group.
  3. CAST AI, developer of a cloud management platform designed for Kubernetes automation, optimization, security and cost management, raised $14 million of venture funding in the form of SAFE notes.

Early Stage VC

  1. Nuon, developer of cloud applications designed to build deployment models, raised $16.5 million through a combination of Series A-1 and Series A-2 venture funding from M12, Essence Venture Capital and Redpoint Ventures.

Seed Round

  1. Atmo AI, developer of an artificial intelligence-powered weather forecasting platform designed to solve weather predictions for governments and enterprises worldwide, raised $17.58 million through the combination of Seed funding from Pegasus Tech Ventures, Starling Ventures and Signia Venture Partners.
  2. Budscout, developer of a cloud-based SaaS platform designed to make operations effective and efficient, raised $1.43 million of Seed-2 funding.
  3. WealthHub, developer of a cloud-based computing platform designed for trust management of day-to-day activities, raised $1.58 million through a combination of debt and Seed-2 funding in a deal led by Rittenhouse Ventures.

Accelerator/Incubator

  1. text2test, developer of an artificial intelligence-powered software testing automation suite designed to enhance software quality while lowering development costs, joined Tenity as a part of its HackZone Accelerator Program and received TRY 400,000 in funding in the form of grant.
