Merger/Acquisition and Corporate:

- PrivacyCode.ai, focused on privacy algorithms and platform development, was acquired by Abaxx Technologie.
- WrangleWorks, specializing in automation software for data services, received US$ 1 million of financing from The Eisenhower Group.
Later Stage VC:
- Cribl, an analytics tool company based in the U.S., raised $319 million in later-stage venture capital to expand its big data simplification platform, achieving a $3.5 billion valuation. (Lead Investor: GV).
- nOps, a cloud analytics and business performance management company, raised $30 million in later-stage venture capital to enhance its offerings. (Lead Investor: Headlight Partners).
Seed Round, Angel and Grant:
- Pgedge, a cloud security systems company, raised $18.5 million in seed funding, reaching a post-money valuation of $48.5 million, to advance its cloud network access solutions. (Lead Investor: Rally Ventures).
