Commercial Products Capital Raises in the U.S. – June 16th – 30th, 2025

PE Growth/Expansion
- Magenta Precision Plastics Group, an injection-molded plastic that serves aerospace, defense, medical and automotive industries, received $52.92 million of development capital.
- Torginol, a decorative material technologies company that focuses on engineering materials that enhance the aesthetic and ergonomic qualities of living environments, received development capital from GreyLion.
Merger/Acquisition
- Arctic Inland Resources, building materials and hardware supplies that support construction and home improvement, acquired by Kilrich Industries.
- Drafto, a material handling equipment company that operates in Cochranton, Pennsylvania, acquired by Celich Enterprises.
Later Stage VC
- Astro Mechanica, a jet engine that is designed to replace conventional aircraft, raised $27.1 million of venture funding in a deal led by Andreessen Horowitz, Giant Step Capital and Lowercarbon Capital.
- Firestorm, loitering munitions and mission-adaptable systems that build aerial weapons systems, raised $10.00 million of Series A-5 venture funding.
Early Stage VC
- Fiber Global, a climate technology company that focuses on advancing building materials, raised $20 million of Series A venture funding in a deal led by DBL Partners.
- International Battery Company, high-performance lithium-ion cells that are designed to reduce battery complexity due to the large form factor, which has higher energy density than LFP cells, and is recyclable, raised $4.43 million of venture funding from Himadri Speciality Chemical.
Seed Round
- Gladiator AI, a company that is currently operating in stealth mode, raised $675,000 of seed funding, raised $3 million of seed funding in a deal led by Costanoa Ventures.
