Buyout/LBO

1. 1. Clearly IP, unified communications cloud services that delivers scalable, feature-rich telecom capabilities to businesses, was acquired by Fourteen IP, via its financial sponsor Beech Tree Private Equity through an LBO.

Later Stage VC

2. 2. Freefall 5G, 5G disruptive technology that provides intelligent antenna systems for the global 5G market offering high data rate communications at virtually any frequency at a fraction of the size and cost of existing state-of-the-art solutions, raised $3.13 million of venture funding.
   3. Movandi, wireless network technology that expands wireless communication and connectivity across the globe, raised $40 million through Series C1 and Series C2 of venture funding in a deal led by ITHCA Group.

Accelerator/Incubator

4. 4. ShadowGen, voice communication technology platform for low-bandwidth transmission in challenging network conditions, joined Evolution Accelerator as a part of its Evolution Ventures Fund Management (EVFM) Program.
