- Donga Elecomm, telecommunication services specializing in telecommunications power supply systems, was acquired by LIG Group for KRW 20 billion.
- Tilson, network deployment and information system services for telecom, construction, utility, and government sectors, was acquired by CLEARPLAN LLC.

- Quo, business communication platform that supports official calling and messaging, raised $105 million of venture funding in a deal led by General Catalyst.
Seed

- Affiniti Ventures, wireless network service that encourages reduced phone usage and support financial management, raised $10.3 million of seed funding in a deal led by Corazon Capital.
