- ProxyWow, static ISP proxies and software services designed for resellers, e-commerce, gaming, and streaming applications, was acquired by Soax.
Joint Venture

- Lakefront Fiber, fiber connectivity services intended to serve across the Midwest United States, was formed as a joint venture between Manulife Investment Management and Midwest Fiber Networks.
Later Stage VC

- Tango Tango, communication platform designed for secure and efficient push-to-talk services, raised $5.87 million of Series B(1) venture funding.
- Blues Wireless, system-on-module device designed for people and businesses to get access to the cellular Internet of Things, raised $25 million of Series 1-A venture funding in a deal led by Sequoia Capital.
Equity Crowdfunding

- Culture Wireless, broadband internet service intended to make high-speed internet accessible to every community, raised $ 50,000 of targeted $ 1.2 Million of equity crowdfunding in the form of SAFE notes via Wefunder.
