- Texas Criticial Data Centers, net-zero energy data center based in the United States, was acquired by New Era Energy & Digital for $70 million.
Buyout/LBO

- Park Place Technologies, third-party maintenance data center hardware maintenance support that provides services for storage, servers, and network equipment, was acquired by Service Express, via its financial sponsor Warburg Pincus, through an LBO.
- US Signal (New Data Center in Aurora), data center located in Aurora, Illinois, was acquired by US Signal, via its financial sponsor Igneo Infrastructure Partners, through an LBO.
Later Stage VC

- Nautilus Data Technologies, water-cooled data center that sets a standard for energy efficiency, environmental sustainability, and global scalability, raised an estimated $21 million through the combination of Series B, Series B1 and Series B2 venture funding in a deal led by Pangaea Ventures.
Early Stage VC

- Joule, AI-focused energy and data infrastructure services for hyperscale computing and sovereign AI sectors, raised $60 million of Series B venture funding in a deal led by Clearlake Capital Group and Foulger-Pratt.

Former Head of Corporate Finance M&A Americas for the Royal Bank of Scotland and ABN AMRO Bank, based in New York. Began his career at ABN AMRO Bank in Japan, and subsequently in The Netherlands in the Corporate Finance department. Was seconded to New York in 2006 to co-establish the ABN AMRO North America Corporate Finance M&A department and grew it by advising medium and large companies on domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, capital raisings and capital structurings. Led the management buyout of RBS Bank Mexico and RBS Broker-Dealer Mexico in 2014 and spearheaded the subsequent growth of the bank as Head of Investment Banking & Corporate Development. During his tenure he supported companies with capital and financing solutions with a focus on companies in the US and Mexican energy infrastructure sector and fintech sector. Holds a master’s degree in economics from Groningen University, The Netherlands. Holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.
