- 5C Data Centers, data center services for hyperscalers, cloud providers, and high-performance computing, received $835 million of development capital from Brookfield Asset Management and Deutsche Bank.
- Wave2Wave, custom-engineered data center cabling, power distribution, and DCIM solutions that simplifies and accelerates critical infrastructure deployment, received development capital from Cub Investments.
Buyout/LBO

- Stream Data Centers, data center development and colocation services primarily for Fortune 500 companies, was acquired by Apollo Asset Management through an LBO.
- TRG Datacenters, colocation services that serves enterprise, hosting, cloud, and AI customers, was acquired by Tallvine Partners through an LBO.
- Yondr Group acquired a 163-acre site in Lancaster, Texas, through an LBO backed by its financial sponsors—Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec, DigitalBridge Group, and Allianz Capital Partners to develop a data campus with the capacity to accommodate 550MW of critical IT load.
Merger/Acquisition

- DDC Solutions, data center cabinets, and cooling systems for the deployment of any hardware, at any density, was acquired by Daikin Applied, a subsidiary of Daikin Industries.
Seed

- Difratech, distributed data center infrastructure that ensures efficient and scalable data management for businesses, raised $500,000 of seed funding from Impact Assets.
- Atmosphere Data Centers, data center infrastructure that offers storage space for business enterprises, raised $2.17 million of seed funding.

Began his career at ABN AMRO Bank in Japan, and subsequently in The Netherlands in the Corporate Finance department. Was seconded to New York in 2006 to co-establish the ABN AMRO North America Corporate Finance M&A department and grew it by advising medium and large companies on domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, capital raisings and capital structurings. Led the management buyout of RBS Bank Mexico and RBS Broker-Dealer Mexico in 2014 and spearheaded the subsequent growth of the bank as Head of Investment Banking & Corporate Development. During his tenure he supported companies with capital and financing solutions with a focus on companies in the US and Mexican energy infrastructure sector and fintech sector. Holds a master’s degree in economics from Groningen University, The Netherlands. Holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.
