- SIRAS Systems, web-based database that offers individualized education program development, pupil achievement reporting, customer support, and special education documentation, compliance, and reporting to school districts, was acquired by Medical Billing Technologies.
Later Stage VC
- Visionz Group, youth development company that prepares young people for the workforce, raised venture funding from SouthernPlex Group.
- Youthfully, one-on-one coaching services that help students gain admission to competitive colleges, raised venture funding from Brass Ring Ventures.
Early Stage VC
- Beam Child Development, pediatric therapy provider that helps educators, attracts families, supports every child and serves preschools, raised venture funding from Rethink Capital Partners.
Seed Round
- Consistent Daily, habit-building productivity software that promotes structured learning and daily accountability, raised $10,000 of seed funding.
