  2. HomeWell Care Services, in-home care services that serve senior citizens and other homebound people, acquired by Main Post Partners and its management through an LBO.
  3. Pro Care Unlimited, elder healthcare services that provide personalized healthcare services, acquired by Abound Health, via its financial sponsors Housatonic Partners, Peterson Partners, The Cambria Group, Trilogy Search Partners, WSC & Company, Relay Investments, M2O, Aspect Investors and Endurance Search Partners, through an LBO.
  4. Sunbridge Home Health Care, home health care and nursing services that deliver attentive in-home personal care and medical support to individuals and families in Alabama and Mississippi, acquired by 3 Rivers Capital through an LBO.

Angel

  1. Upside, a home search application that addresses the pervasive issue of social isolation by offering communal living and community engagement for aging adults, raised $425,000 of angel funding in the form of SAFE notes.
