1. Chesapeake Health Partners, community-based health services that improve health outcomes for vulnerable populations across the United States, was acquired by Hospice of the Chesapeake.
2. Seniorly, online senior housing listing platform that delivers services that keep the senior community engaged, was acquired by CareScout, a subsidiary of Genworth Financial, for $15 million.
3. Stonehenge of Orem, nursing and rehabilitation facilities for post-hospitalization care and recovery needs, was acquired by The Ensign Group.

Buyout/LBO

4. Attentive Angels Home Care, non-medical home care agency for individuals and families, was acquired by Care Advantage, via its financial sponsor Searchlight, through an LBO.
5. Epoch Senior Living, senior living management platform for independent living and memory care residences, was acquired by Cogir Management, via its financial sponsor Eterna Financial Group, through an LBO.
6. Infinity Hospice Care, in-home and inpatient hospice and palliative care services for patients and families facing life-limiting illnesses, was acquired by LifeCare Home Health Family, via its financial sponsor Zenyth Partners, through an LBO.
7. Integracare, home-based personal healthcare services for elderly and chronically ill individuals to age in place with dignity, was acquired by Frontline Healthcare Partners through an LBO.
8. The Smith Agency, care home services based in Emporia, Kansas, was acquired by Caretech, via its financial sponsor Infinitive Capital, through an LBO.

Accelerator/Incubator

9. Care Hero, in-home hospitality services for elderly and disabled individuals, joined Harvard Innovation Launch Lab as part of the Launch Lab X accelerator.
