Merger/Acquisition
- Seascape at Naples, senior living community with 198 units that serves older adults, was acquired by Distinctive Living.
Early Stage VC
- Jana, caregiving services that support healthcare workers in delivering elderly care, raised venture funding from GrowthX Capital.
- Quality Care Hospice, hospice care services for emotional support and well-being of elderly people, raised venture funding from Mitchell Family Office.
