- Vista Springs, assisted living communities that support older adults and individuals in managing daily life, received capital from National Financial Companies in August 2025.
Merger/Acquisition
- Ability Connection Texas, nonprofit organization that serves people with all types of intellectual or other developmental disabilities across Texas, was acquired by My Possibilities on July 16, 2025.
- Amedisys, healthcare services that specialize in home health, hospice, and high acuity care, was acquired by UnitedHealth Group for $3.401 billion on August 14, 2025.
