Merger/Acquisition
- Anthem Lakes, senior living communities intended to offer independent and assisted living in Jacksonville, Florida, was acquired by SRI Management on May 28, 2025.
- Cherry Blossom PACE, elderly care center based in Alexandria, Virginia, was acquired by Valir PACE on May 22, 2025.
Later Stage VC
- Cosán, preventative care management platform intended to enhance health outcomes for patients with chronic conditions, raised $14.88 million through a combination of Series E-1, and Series E-2 venture funding from investors on May 27, 2025, putting the company’s pre-money valuation at $44.12 million.
