Elder and Disabled Care Capital Raises in the U.S. – October 16th-31st, 2024

Merger/Acquisition and Corporate

1. The Laurels of Goshen, operator of nursing and rehabilitation center intended to promote care and quality of life to their clients was acquired by Euson Lindsay Health. The acquisition expands Euson Lindsay Health’s portfolio of skilled nursing communities.

2. Druid City Vital Care, operator of a specialized pharmacy was acquired by Mr. Ryan McFerrin, Mr. Logan Davis, Inlet Capital Management and its management, through an LBO. The transaction was supported by debt financing.

3. Hope Home Care, provider of in-home skilled nursing services was acquired by LiveWell, via its financial sponsor BPEA Private Equity, through an LBO. The transaction will allow LiveWell Partners to expand its footprint in Ohio, which is a market key to the company’s growth strategy.

Later Stage VC

4. Homethrive, developer of care management and personal assistance platform designed to help older adults with their routine activities raised $20.53 million of Series B2 venture funding.
