PE Growth/Expansion
- Dispatch Energy, energy services that capitalize on market opportunities, take advantage of incentives, and seamlessly bridge the gap from project inception to project operation, received $160 million of development capital from Terramont Infrastructure Partners and Hamilton.
- True Anarock, sustainable energy services that serve tribal communities, received development capital from True Family Enterprises.
Merger/Acquisition
- Pope Transport, fuel transportation services that are based in North Carolina, United States, was acquired by PETROLEUM TRANSPORT.
Joint Venture
- INNIO Gfoellner Power Systems, decentralized energy solutions that deliver flexible, rapid energy deployment, was formed as a joint venture between INNIO and Gföllner Fahrzeugbau Und Container- Technik.
Later Stage VC
- Volexion, graphene coating technology that is used for lithium battery cathode materials, raised $1.44 million of venture funding in the form of convertible promissory note.
Early Stage VC
- Mana, sodium-ion battery cells and electrolytes that deliver safe, affordable, and high-performance energy storage, raised venture funding from Buff Gold Ventures.
- Strobe Power, AI-powered software that transforms real estate into autonomous power plants, raised venture funding from Stellation Capital.
