Buyout/LBO
- Apiture, digital banking software that empowers financial institutions, was acquired by Computer Services through an LBO.
- Empaxis Data Management, artificial Intelligence-driven investment operations and data management that drive operational transformation for wealth and asset managers, was acquired by Communify Fincentric, via its financial sponsor Stellex Capital Management through an LBO.
- MBS Source, a web-based data trading platform that offers mortgage-backed and asset-backed securities, was acquired by Solve Advisors, via its financial sponsors NEXT Investors and Charlesbank Capital Partners, through an LBO.
Early Stage VC
- Piere, a personal finance automation platform that optimizes cash flow and account management across financial institutions, raised $2.1 million of venture funding in a deal led by Grand Ventures.
- Clerq, a bank payment platform that facilitates direct payments from customer bank accounts, raised $21 million through a combination of Series A venture funding and debt in a deal led by 645 Ventures.
- Brico, a stop licensing platform that helps companies acquire new financial licenses and maintain their ongoing licensing requirements, raised $13.5 million of Series A venture funding in a deal led by Flourish Ventures.
Accelerator/Incubator
- Alisio, a supply chain finance and payment management platform that streamlines early payment access for businesses, joined LvlUp Ventures.
- Bump, a financial platform that eliminates creators’ hassles while providing access to their money, joined 500 Global and Creators Ventures as part of its inaugural cohort of its Creators Ventures Accelerator.
- Capnote, a financial data management platform that automates and streamlines financial workflows, joined LvlUp Ventures.
