- FarmboxRx, food-as-medicine platform designed to improve health outcomes by delivering nutritious food and health education to underserved populations, was acquired by Pyx Health.
- Peace Love Food, creative culinary and global food and beverage consulting services focused on future food trends, was acquired by Transforming Age.
Later Stage VC

- FoodMaven, artificial intelligence-driven procurement platform designed to provide food service operators with the data they need, raised $1.52 million of venture funding from Serra Ventures and other investors.
Early Stage VC

- Ari, intelligent kitchen assistant designed to automate meal planning, make cooking easy, and get better with each review, raised venture funding from Interplay Ventures.
- Sojo Industries, industrial automation business intended to deliver packaging and assembly solutions to the food and beverage industry, raised $40 million through a combination of Series B-1 and Series B-2 venture funding in a deal led by S2G Investments.
Angel

- Symbio Bioculinary, microbe-based systems intended for food and agricultural businesses, raised $120,000 of angel funding.
