- PlayAGS, a designer and supplier of gaming products and services that serve the gaming industry, acquired by Brightstar Capital Partners through a $1.06 billion public-to-private LBO.
Merger/Acquisition
- Andromeda Insights, personal computers that cater to the gaming industry, acquired by B3.
- AppLovin, mobile games and application that operate in Palo Alto, California, acquired by Tripledot Studios.
Later Stage VC
- nVenue, a predictive sports platform that offers live betting and media experiences, raised $6.00 million of venture funding.
- Premier Lacrosse League, a lacrosse tournament that brings the sport to a national stage through a tour-based model, raised venture funding from ESPN Programming & Acquisitions.
Early Stage VC
- Noteefy, automated golf software that alerts golfers in real-time when cancellations occur, raised venture funding in a deal led by Powerhouse Capital.
Seed Round
- Spekter, a next-gen game that blends Web2 and Web3 for mainstream players, raised $5 million of pre-seed funding in a deal led by London Venture Partners.
- Zoot, an arcade gaming platform that provides fun gameplay with opportunities to earn real cash rewards, raised $6 million of Seed funding in a deal led by CoinFund.
