PE Growth/Expansion
- The h.wood Group, hospitality and lifestyle marketing company with an iconic portfolio of luxury nightlife and restaurant venues, received $7.5 million of development capital.
Merger/Acquisition
- Commercial Hospitality Solutions, hospitality property renovation services that cater to hotel owners and commercial property operators, was acquired by Ameribrands.
- Epicurate, hospitality platform for users to book private chefs for their dinner parties or special events, was acquired by Journey.
Early Stage VC
- Forget about Hospitality, hospitality and dining venues that bring Italian aperitivo culture to urban consumers, raised venture funding from Gruppo Bertoldi Holding.
Seed Round
- Dynamic Creatures, custom robotic characters for the hospitality and entertainment industry based in the United States, raised $6 million of seed funding.
- Lance AI, artificial intelligence automation software for managing hospitality operations and customer interactions, raised $5 million of seed funding in a deal led by SV Angel and Y Combinator.
