Buyout/LBO
- Jazzware, hospitality software that optimizes hotel telecom operations and enhance guest services, was acquired by Valsoft Corporation, via its financial sponsors Power Corporation of Canada, Portage, Viking Global Investors, Propelr Growth, and Coatue Management.
- Mint House, tech-enabled apartment-style hospitality facilities that provide lodging alternatives for modern business travelers, was acquired by Kasa Living, via its financial sponsor Silver Lake Waterman.
- Pittsburgh Valet, valet parking and hospitality management services for hotels, restaurants, event venues, and private properties, was acquired by Propark Mobility, via its financial sponsor Abry Partners.
- The St. Regis Houston, 232-room luxury hotel property in Houston, Texas that enables leisure travelers, business guests, and event hosts, to experience elevated comfort, personalized service, and a distinguished setting in an urban destination, was acquired by Saddlebrook Equity and Management.
Seed Round
- Pomegranate Capital, hospitality and restaurant investment services that support the growth and operational improvement of food service concepts, raised $1.19 million of seed funding from investors
- Yipy, end-to-end brand management platform that empowers businesses in the hospitality industry to improve quality standards, raised $1 million of pre-seed funding in a deal led by Great North Ventures and Ollin Ventures.
