Hospitality Capital Raises and Investors in the U.S. – November 16th to December 31st, 2025

PE Growth/Expansion
- Bardo, hotel that supports travelers and guests seeking accommodation and leisure experiences, received development capital from Geolo Capital.
- Condado Tacos, chain of restaurants across Ohio, received $10 million of development capital from investors.
Merger/Acquisition
- Bobby Hotel, hospitality facilities based in Nashville, Tennessee, was acquired by Ocean Properties for $50 million.
- Maverick Hotels and Restaurants, hotel and restaurant management service for hotel and property owners/investors, was acquired by Waterford Hotel Group.
Early Stage VC
- Croux, online workforce marketplace that connects talented workers with flexible work opportunities in the hospitality industry, raised $2.50 million of venture funding from HearstLab, Bad Bitch Empire and Symphonic Capital.
- Hotel Shield, data-driven risk management and security response platform for preventing, detecting, and responding to human trafficking in hospitality settings, raised $1 million of venture funding in a deal led by Eagle Venture Fund and other investors.
Angel (individual)
- LeBlanc+Smith, boutique hotels, bars, and restaurant venues for patrons that provide distinctive hospitality experiences, raised $500,000 of angel funding from investors.
