  1. Apploi, recruitment software that hires healthcare staff, acquired by Viventium, via its financial sponsor LLR Partners, through an LBO..
  2. Ethan Allen HR Services, professional employer organization services that support businesses across various industries in the United States, acquired by G&A Partners via its financial sponsors Blackstone, SaxeCap and TPG through an LBO.
  3. Distro, an online job board platform that helps manage remote payroll for full-time team members, acquired by Vensure Employer Services, via its financial sponsors Summit Partners and Stone Point Capital, through an LBO.

Early Stage VC

  1. Clera, an artificial intelligence-based talent recruitment platform that connects job seekers with high-growth startup employers, raised venture funding from Blue Wire Capital.
  2. Pasito, a benefits enrollment platform that empowers financial health through better health and pre-tax decisions, raised an estimated $20.95 million of Series A venture funding led by Insight Partners and from [Blank] Capital, Y Combinator, MTech Capital and other.
  3. RecruOps, a hiring software that assists hiring teams with recruiting operations, raised venture funding from Arvo Venture Capital.

Accelerator/Incubator

  1. CultureBot, a Slack bot that encourages connections and stimulates conversations in a remote work environment, joined The Idea Village.
  2. me, AI-based recruitment tools that optimize hiring processes, joined Mohammed Bin Rashid Innovation Fund as a part of its 11th cohort of its Innovation Accelerator Program.

Angel

  1. BlueJam, an AI platform that builds engagement among employees, raised $500,000 of angel funding.
  2. TMPO, a staffing and recruitment platform that provides different job listings, raised $127,500 of angel funding.
