HR Tech Capital Raises in the U.S. – June 16th to 30th, 2025

Buyout/LBO

  1. Athlete Network, digital engagement and career transition platform for current and former athletes, was acquired by Gravyty, via its financial sponsor K1 Investment Management, through an LBO on June 24, 2025.
  2. PrimePay, human resources, payroll, benefits, and time management technology that serves the manufacturing, food service, retail, and other industries, was acquired by CoAdvantage, via its financial sponsors Aquiline and The Cambria Group, through an LBO on June 30, 2025.

Later Stage VC

  1. WorkWhile, contract labor recruitment platform that matches workers to shifts that fit their skills, schedule, and location, raised $22 million of Series B venture funding in a deal led by Rethink Impact on June 16, 2025, putting the company’s pre-money valuation at $98 million.

Early Stage VC

  1. Jobright, artificial intelligence-powered job search platform for job seekers, raised $3.2 million of venture funding in a deal led by TransLink Capital on June 24, 2025.

Seed Round

  1. Enzy, data-driven performance optimization platform that engages employees, shifts behavior and accelerates brand velocity all in real time, raised $2.5 million of seed funding from investors on June 30, 2025.
