- 49 Coldbrook, office space and event center for corporate gatherings and community celebrations, raised venture funding from VonMyhr Ventures.
PIPE
- Edge Total Intelligence, software for increased operational resilience, agility, and efficiency, received CAD 1.67 million of development capital from an investor over 2 tranches.
- Graphite One, artificial graphite (AG) and natural graphite (NG) anode active materials (AAM) integrated with a graphite resource for the electric vehicle battery and energy storage system markets, received CAD 6.98 million of development capital from Doyon and Aleut.
