Infrastructure Capital Raises in the U.S. – March 1st-15th, 2025

Merger/Acquisition and Corporate

    1. Alternative Power Generation, operator of an engineering, procurement and construction company intended to serve cooperative utilities, independent system operators, manufacturer if solar panels,inverters and contractors, was acquired by Willdan Group.
    2. Moonrise Midstream, developer of infrastructure assets based in Dover, Delaware, was acquired by Summit Midstream for $90 million.

Early Stage VC 

    1. DG Matrix, manufacturer of energy storage and solar systems intended for electric vehicles, raised $20 million of venture funding in a deal led by Clean Energy Ventures.
    2. Hybridogen, developer of a hybrid power management system designed to harness and store electricity through both lithium-ion batteries and hydrogen gas, raised venture funding from Paliwoda Group.

Grant

    1. Infleqtion, developer of atom-based quantum technologies intended to enhance sensing and computing capabilities across various industries, received $6.2 million of grant funding from U.S. Department of Energy as a part of its Advanced Research Projects Agency-Energy.
