PE Growth/Expansion
- Shipco Transport, global logistics and freight forwarding services that support worldwide cargo transportation and supply chain operations, received development capital from Saltoun Capital Partners.
Merger/Acquisition
- Secured Transportation Services, nuclear transportation and logistics services for secure and compliant transport of radioactive materials, was acquired by Nano Nuclear Energy for $13 million.
- Sardo & Sons Warehousing, warehousing and logistics services for the specialty chemicals market, was acquired by Fluorogistx.
Later Stage VC
- Edray, supply chain management platform that simplifies the process of international transport, raised $10.90 million of venture funding from Charlotte Fund.
- Flex, smart storage units that enable customers to ensure that their belongings are safe and well-protected for seasonal storage, business storage, and renovations, raised $50.14 million of venture funding from SuperAngel.
Seed Round
- NoDwell, freight marketplace and yard management platform for the reduction of vehicle detention time and systemic idle time within the supply chain, raised $150,000 of pre-seed funding from I2BF Global Ventures.
- Tegy, freight load board platform that connects freight brokers with carriers, raised $1 million of seed funding.
