PE Growth/Expansion
- Torginol, decorative material technologies that focus on engineering materials that enhance the aesthetic and ergonomic qualities of living environments, received development capital from GreyLion
Merger/Acquisition
- Drafto, material handling equipment that is based in Cochranton, Pennsylvania, acquired by Celich Enterprises
- Elips Plastics, plastic food packaging products that serve the food industry in Canada, acquired by Airlite Plastics
Later Stage VC
- Firestorm, loitering munitions and mission-adaptable systems that build aerial weapons systems, raised $10.00 million of Series A-5 venture funding.
- Polymer Contours, plastic injection molded products and services that serve medical, packaging, food, coal, and other industries, raised $659,550 of venture funding from Ben Franklin Technology Partners of Central and Northern Pennsylvania
Early Stage VC
- International Battery Company, high-performance lithium-ion cells that are designed to reduce battery complexity due to the large form factor, which has higher energy density than LFP cells, and is recyclable, raised $4.43 million of venture funding from Himadri Speciality Chemical.
- Active Membranes, active desalination membranes that produce fresh water from saline or brackish water sources, raised $913,400 of venture funding in the form of SAFE notes.
Seed Round
- Hydroblok, a modular shower system that simplifies and expedites the installation of waterproof, tile-ready showers, raised $6 million through a combination of Seed and Seed-2 funding in a deal led by Pier 88 Investment Partners and Andina Advisors.
- Phoenix Semiconductor, electronic technologies that provide drop-in replacements for discontinued semiconductors, raised $9.10 million through a combination of Seed-1, Seed-2, and Seed-3 funding from Lockheed Martin Ventures, RTX Ventures and IronGate Capital Advisors.
