PIPE

1. Laramide Resources, exploration and development of mineral properties that focuses on high-quality uranium assets in Australia and the United States, received CAD 5.01 million of development capital.
2. Rio Grande Resources, exploration company that focuses on the identification and development of mineral assets in the United States of America, received CAD 2.55 million of development capital.

Merger/Acquisition

3. Texas Mineral Resources, exploration-stage mining company that engages in the acquisition, exploration, and development of mineral properties, was acquired by USA Rare Earth for $73.9 million.

Later Stage VC

4. Highland Materials, advanced material manufacturing technology that produces ultrapure silicon materials for industrial applications, raised $1.05 million of venture funding.

Early Stage VC

5. DISA Uranium, mine remediation services that remediate legacy mining sites and recover domestic energy resources, raised $105 million of venture funding from BHP Ventures, IsoEnergy and Tembo Capital.
6. Mariana Minerals, software-first minerals platform that produces critical materials for energy, AI, and defense technologies, raised $310 million of Series B venture funding in a deal led by Khosla Ventures, putting the company’s pre-money valuation at $1.19 billion.

Seed Round

7. Maglut Heavy Industries, mineral processing engine for domestic processing of critical minerals, raised $3.1 million of pre-seed funding from Julian Capital, Wave Function Ventures and Nova Threshold.
