Nanotech Capital Raises and Investors in the U.S. – July 16th to August 31st, 2025

Merger/Acquisition
- Micro-LAM, micro-laser-assisted machinery that multiplies productivity on ultra-precision diamond tools, machines and custom optics, was acquired by IDEX on July 31, 2025.
Later Stage VC
- Coral Innovations, nanostructured coating that efficiently cleans up oil, pollutants and toxins out of water, raised $2.36 million of venture funding from investors on August 15, 2025.
- Nano Catalytics, on-demand chemistry activation platform that transforms the polymerization of materials, raised $1.24 million of venture funding from Queen City Angels on August 26, 2025, putting the company’s pre-money valuation at $6.45 million.
Early Stage VC
- Deuterium Energetics, nano-confinement fusion technology that provides energy with a renewable, sustainable, and green power source, raised $300,000 of venture funding from Deep Future on August 1, 2025.
Seed Round
- Nano Fixation, nanofibers that increase surface area and reduce the costs of using critical minerals for industries, raised $100,000 of seed funding from investors on July 21, 2025.
