- Active Membranes, active desalination membranes that produces fresh water from saline or brackish water sources, raised $913,400 of venture funding in the form of SAFE notes from investors on June 20, 2025.
Grant
- Eascra Biotech, nanoparticle-based therapeutic delivery systems for precision treatment in hard-to-penetrate tissues, received $100,000 of grant funding from MassVentures on June 30, 2025.
- Versatope Therapeutics, preclinical-stage biotechnology platform that solves problems in vaccine potency and therapeutic delivery, received $200,000 of grant funding from MassVentures on June 30, 2025.
