PE Growth/Expansion
- Global Power Technologies, power generating equipment that encompasses the industry’s cleanest emitting and reliable remote power generation options, utilizing a range of clean fuel sources to advance reliability and sustainability goals, received development capital from Longbow Capital.
Merger/Acquisition
- Apex International Energy Management, oil and gas exploration and production company that focuses on acquisition and drilling opportunities in Egypt and other countries in the Middle East and North Africa, was acquired by United Energy Group for $157.6 million.
- DMC Power, proprietary connector technology systems for the electricity transmission and distribution industries, was acquired by Hubbell for $825 million.
Later Stage VC
- MatrixSpace, artificial intelligence-enabled radar technology that identifies objects and collect data in real-time without the need for cloud access, raised $20 million of Series B1 venture funding in a deal led by Raptor Group and OTB Ventures, putting the company’s pre-money valuation at $127 million.
- Skyways, advanced unmanned aerial systems that transform logistics and operational efficiency, raised $7 million of venture funding from investors, putting the company’s pre-money valuation at $93 million.
