  1. Desert Mountain Energy, exploration, development and production of Helium and Rare Earth Gas properties in the U.S. Southwest, received CAD 981,500 of development capital from investors on May 20, 2025, over 4 tranches.

Merger/Acquisition

  1. Cole Group, logistics solutions, customs brokerage, freight forwarding and trade consulting services intended for aerospace, agriculture, automotive, e-commerce, hitech, oil and natural gas and retail industries, company was acquired by Mullen Group on May 30, 2025.
  2. National Petroleum, fuel distribution services intended for independent service stations and franchised, non-franchised gas stations and convenience stores, the company was acquired by Poppy Market on May 22, 2025.
  3. Teeco Products, distribution, gas equipment and fabrication services based in Irvine, California, was acquired by Ray Murray on May 23, 2025.

Accelerator/Incubator

  1. Resollant, reactor designed to generate hydrogen and syngas from natural gas, biogas, or waste gas, joined VentureWell as a part of its Aspire Climatetech Spring 2025 Cohort on May 19, 2025.
