- Bright Planet, plant-based dog treats as meat alternatives for pets, was acquired by Archway Pet on July 8, 2025.
- Restorapet, organic antioxidant supplement that provides effective, safe, and all-natural hemp dosage to preserve and protect pets, was acquired by an Individual Entrepreneur on July 8, 2025.
Later Stage VC
- CanBiocin, natural probiotic products that maintain pets’ immune systems and intestinal health, raised venture funding from Lesaffre International on July 9, 2025.
- Epivara, single-injection alternative to spaying and neutering surgery that provides a new way to fix animals without painful, risky surgeries, raised $5.17 million of Series C venture funding from investors on July 8, 2025, putting the company’s pre-money valuation at $34.83 million.
